Approachable, intentional, and built around you and your life. Every workout has a plan and a purpose and I will help you understand why you are doing what you are doing. Each workout is designed to meet you where you are at and help you get stronger week by week.
You’ll learn how to move well, with proper form. You will lift confidently because you will understand the movement. And you will build strength that carries into your everyday life. The goal is your progress, whatever that looks like for you, and I will be celebrating that progress and cheering you on every step of the way. And if you need a little push? I’ll be there as well, providing accountability because I believe in you and I know that you can do it.

Nutrition coaching is simply about understanding what you should be eating, why you should be eating it, and how it’s possible to do that in your very real, very busy life. It’s very true that food is fuel. Your energy comes from food. Your muscles are supported by food. Your brain is powered by food. Your hormones depend on food. Hi, I’m Kelly.
I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist. I’m also a wife, mother of three teenagers, and a medical professional who discovered the power of strength training and balanced nutrition in my 40s.
Like many women, I grew up in the Cardio Generation, believing that being skinny was the goal and that calories were the enemy. I had an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise until I picked up some weights. And everything changed. I finally understood the simple truth that building muscle improves my quality of life and that food is my friend when it comes to fueling my body.
Now, my goal is to help women just like you find the freedom and confidence that comes from building strength and nourishing your body in a way that supports real life. Because no life is too busy, too disorganized, too chaotic or too far gone to take control of your fitness and nutrition. I absolutely believe that I can help you feel empowered, confident, and capable by understanding WHY we do WHAT we do. This is healing. This is taking back control.
